As we continue to experience rapid growth, we're actively seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
The perfect candidate will embody a harmonious blend of creativity and analytical prowess, adept at task prioritization and effective time management.
Job Responsibilities and Performance Requirements :
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing and sales materials
- Manage company blog and social media presence on social networking sites including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other similar community sites
- Create and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Some front-end website maintenance including ecommerce product profile pages, site banners and promotion updates.
- Help maintain wholesale marketplace product database, Faire.
- Write all print and outgoing marketing materials
- Assist in the development and implementation of Product Launch Toolkits sales campaigns
- Assist in the creation and execution of retail and wholesale promotions
- Effectively manage daily marketing department tasks
- Prepare and update marketing reports
- Contribute to writing and proofreading marketing projects
- Coordinate all content creation including photo and video shoots, in house and with professional photographers.
- Maintain database of company product images and videos
Skills and Qualifications :
- Experience with Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of or experience with WordPress
- Experience with ecommerce platforms like BigCommerce and Shopify preferred
- Strong organizational, writing, communication, and people skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Photography and photoshoot experience highly preferred.
- Experience with email marketing platforms preferred.
- 2-4 years of marketing experience
- Meticulous attention to detail, with ability to execute assignments with high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, while demonstrating a keen sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion
- Computer literate including full knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
