Revenue Operations Analyst

About the opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations, Field Planning and Analytics team to support our Partnerships organization.

This role will assist with our annual sales planning process and you will work closely with the Sales and Partnerships teams to ensure we meet our quarterly goals.

The candidate must be self-directed, well organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What to expect?

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve partner success by evaluating business performance, diagnosing issues, and recommending data-driven actions.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, to produce ad-hoc analysis to understand customer and team behavior.
• Assist Senior Analysts with maintaining and creating reports, models and support day-to-day Revenue Operations activities.
• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and develop KPIs for regular business rhythm reporting (i.e., Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.)

What you need to be successful?

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience :

• 0-2 years of experience in a data analysis or operations role, preferably within a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations team.
• SaaS start-up experience in a related field is a plus.

Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; Salesforce certification is a plus.
• Experience using Tableau is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SQL or other data query languages is a plus.

This role will need to be conducted in a state in which we are currently registered to do business.

Colorado Salary Statement : The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data / ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.

g. JD / technology), for example.

Colorado Salary Range : $77,000 - $82,500

This position is eligible for equity awards in accordance with the terms of Contentful’s equity plans.
