As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our online sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving online revenue growth.

- Develop and implement an effective e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date of industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
2. Website Management :
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's e-commerce website(s).
- Optimize website content, navigation, and user experience to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce activities with other business functions.
3. Product Merchandising :
- Manage product listings, descriptions, and imagery to ensure accurate and compelling representation of products.
- Implement merchandising strategies to promote featured products and increase average order value.
4. Digital Marketing :
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other online channels to increase brand visibility and reach.
- Experience with Amazon Ads a plus but not required.
5. Customer Experience
- Monitor and improve the overall online customer experience, addressing issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and leverage data to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Answer customer questions on e-commerce platforms
6. Analytics and Reporting :
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and generate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and continually optimize strategies for improved results.
7. Order administration
- Work with production / planners to consign products for monthly e-commerce needs.
- Monitor product inventory levels and update reports for proper sales forecasting.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or similar role.
- Experience with Amazon & Shopify required.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with international storefronts (ex. Amazon Canada, Shopify Markets) preferred but not required.
- Understanding of customer behavior and trends in online retail
- Experience in analyzing e-commerce data and implementing improvements based on insights
Preferred Qualifications :
- Familiarity with web analytics tools
