Position Overview

As the Client Solutions Principal, you will join our Sales Team, leveraging your expertise in selling technology solutions to drive our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Attending relevant events, networking, and conducting face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
• Originating and nurturing business relationships at national and local events, industry trade shows, panels, and other venues to engage potential clients.
• Presenting our client’s unique value proposition tailored to the needs of prospects' senior executives.
• Developing strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients.
• Scoping projects, shaping engagements, and defining business solutions to meet clients’ needs and achieve desired outcomes.
• Planning, implementing, and managing lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to achieve annual revenue targets and business goals.
• Understanding and assisting in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.

Requirements

• Sales Expertise : Passionate about selling technology solutions, with at least 3 years of relevant experience as a sales / client solutions agent.
• Track Record : Demonstrated success in revenue generation, client retention, and achieving sales targets.
• Marketing and Negotiation : Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques to drive successful client engagements.
• Presentation Skills : Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
• Industry Experience : Experience selling nearshore IT professional services and / or services is highly desirable.
• Language Skills : Native English speaker or bilingual proficiency in English.
