Responsibilities for an Admissions Coordinator with Phoebe Allentown :

  • The Admissions Coordinator must possess or develop an affinity to Phoebe’s mission to enrich the lives of our seniors, their families, and the communities we serve.
  • Complete agreement educations and signing with customer within 5 days for 92% of all transactions.
  • Maintains accurate data in computer system for statistical reporting. Utilizes PCC software to understand track and report trending for HCC clientele as well as running insurance for prospective admissions.
  • Conducts pre-admission interviews with prospective resident’s / family members which include informational tours of the facility.
  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to listen to and work with health care professionals including hospital discharge planners and social workers to coordinate admissions to the facility.
  • Is a consummate team player with a flexible, collaborative, and creative approach who can lead from behind and empower teammates to contribute their best.

Possesses a keen interest in learning and developing as a professional. Displays personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and transparency.

Requirements for an Admissions Coordinator with Phoebe Allentown :

  • High school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in business curriculum.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in related positions preferred
