We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Create boards in Canva using branding and colors and links
- Manage Amazon
- Meet weekly on Zoom with client
- Manage links and engagement on TikTok and Facebook (maybe Instagram)
- Manage inbox
- Work with client to create "rules" for the inbox and implement them
- Manage Pinterest (maybe)
- Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
- Platforms :
- Canva
- WordPress
- Amazon
- TikTok
- Zoom
- Google Suite
Requirements
- Experience with Canva (a must)
- Experience in social media / Amazon (a plus)
- Creative
- Intuitively organized
- Detail oriented
- Strong communicator
- 5-10 hours per week (may increase depending on workload)
- Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
