ACRC is seeking a Client Services Manager located in the Grass Valley office to provide management and oversight of the Unit of Service Coordinators serving Child and Adult Clients / their circles of support.
The purpose of the Client Services Manager position is to ensure that assigned unit Staff are guiding Clients and their families in acquiring and maintaining assessed supports and services.
- Responsibilities include : selecting, training, monitoring, coaching, managing, and evaluating assigned staff; ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and regional center policies;
- conducting periodic and continual review of cases and documentation with Service Coordinators; participation on committees and groups to provide education and training on services for Clients;
- providing emergency on-call support for assigned staff; participation as a member of the Leadership Team to develop policies and procedures;
- and serve on Leadership Team work groups.Experience and Skills : Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field;
- have five years of management levelexperience in a human services (or related) agency, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities;
- abilityto interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, requirements and policy standards; demonstrate excellentwritten, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills;
