Qualifications :
- High academic performance.
- Excellent analytic and writing skills.
- Meaningful international legal experience with a recognized international law firm, major multinational corporation, or government or similar employer.
- Experience with drafting transactional documents as well as general corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions matters is a plus.
- Experience living or working overseas is highly desirable.
- Fluency in a second language, including Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Swahili, Hindi, or Tagalog.
Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated to learn, and be hard-working.
Requirements :
- Candidates must be a member of the Utah Bar or be willing to take the Utah Bar.
- If not currently a member of the Utah Bar, applicants must be a licensed attorney in good standing in another U.S. state.
