What You'll Do
- Provide personalized care and companionship to seniors in their homes
- Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities to enhance their quality of life
- Offer emotional support and ensure the client’s overall well-being
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of caregiving experience or related healthcare experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and adhere to care plans
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly rates of $18 to $20, paid biweekly
