Role : Contract Specialist

Job Description :
- Examining relevant documents such as financial statements and records, corporate documents, investment summaries, the company's work history, personal and business tax returns, equipment inventories, purchase records, resumes, and more.
- Performing in-person interviews with key company leaders and evaluating the physical aspects of the business.
- Drafting detailed eligibility assessments and providing justifications to show whether a company meets the required standards.
Specific Skills Required for Position :
1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and / or
2. experience in reviewing various documents including financial statements and financial records, corporate records, capital investments, certified payroll reports.
