Software Engineer

Based in our Shakopee or Eden Prairie, Minnesota location, as a Software Engineer you will design and implement software to verify and validate world-class safety-critical industrial automation equipment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

Work with a team to design and implement automated tests and test infrastructure.

Participate in reviews of product requirements, test designs, and implementations.

Work with multi-functional teams to help solve engineering challenges.

Provide analysis for change requests, considering the impact to product testing and schedule.

Collaborate with firmware developers.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science

Zero (0) years of applicable experience

Legal authorization to work in the United States

An ABET-accredited engineering degree

Experience with object-oriented programming

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Interest and experience with embedded firmware systems

Our compensation philosophy is simple : we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $76,000-$80,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
