This position will have a competitive hourly wage.
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for unloading and sorting in our cross-dock facility. This includes receiving inbound freight from linehaul trucks, classifying freight, and palletizing freight.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED) :
- Scan packages to confirm receipt
- Move packages from pallets to assigned scan location
- Inspect packaging for defects and damages
- Follow company safety guidelines
- Keep warehouse clean and organized
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS & ABILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required :
- Ability to use a scanner
- Organizational and time management skills
- Warehouse experience preferred

Work is performed primarily in a warehouse environment with frequent interruptions from team members and independent contractors, and regular high noise level
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to frequently lift or carry 10-20 pounds
- Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or push weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to frequently stand, walk, and reach with arms
- Must be able to maneuver and access all areas of the warehouse
