Here's what you can expect as a Regional OperationsManager at DaVita :

you will become an intricate part of a management team while leading a team of RNs to achieve great patient outcomes

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Managing a team of RNs

Collaborating with partnering physicians

Working alongside nurse educators to develop and implement RN workflow

Create best practices for patient and metric-driven success

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelors Degree Required

Preferred RN license in state of practice with no Board of Nursing disciplinary actions

5+ years of clinical management experience leading and managing teams; managed care experience

Preferred experience managing large physician groups

Experience building out a team

Deals with confidential information and / or issues using discretion and judgment

Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook Required

Salary / Wage Range

$75,200.00 - $110,400.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
