Introduction :

At ICECO, we are seeking a Tech Support Assistant to join our team. This role involves working closely with our Director of Tech to manage customer support cases and assist in product development research.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer customer calls, document issues, and initiate support cases.
  • Communicate effectively with related personnel to resolve customer issues.
  • Keep track of case status and ensure timely actions are taken.
  • Assist in research and development activities for new product enhancements.

Requirements :

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
