You'll provide essential care in a state-of-the-art NICU and collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Practice Setting
- Be part of a respected, physician-led organization with 28 years of experience
- Community-focused to serve the growing needs of the community
- Work alongside dedicated OBGYNs, hospitalists, and other specialists
- Level II NICU with advanced facilities
Schedule
- Choose from full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts
- Guaranteed 48 hours per week for full-time positions
- Maintain a healthy work-life balance with flexible scheduling
Compensation and Benefits
- Earn a competitive hourly rate of $100-110, based on experience
- Receive commitment bonuses paid out at the end of each of the first 3 years
