Job Title : Maintenance Technician
Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician with experience in HVAC systems and backup generators.
- You will be responsible for maintaining and completing minor repairs and preventative maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Your knowledge of chillers, boilers, air handlers, VAV boxes, and motors will be essential.
- Additionally, you will perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks, including carpentry, drywall, and painting.
You will also assist the engineering team with tasks such as filter changes and minor repairs.
The building spans 184,000 sq. feet with office and retail spaces. The retail section is on the bottom floor of an 11-floor building, located in a busy area right across from a Metro station.
Required Skills
- Experience with HVAC systems
- Knowledge of chillers, boilers, air handlers, VAV boxes, and motors
- Plumbing and electrical systems maintenance
- Carpentry, drywall, and painting skills
Schedule
9am-6pm, off every other Friday. (9 / 80 schedule)
