Our Restoration Technician position may be the right fit for you. The role is among the most crucial in our organization as you will be on the front lines helping serve our customers by restoring their homes and businesses in a critical time of need.

Duties and Requirements :

• Work closely with Restoration Supervisors to ensure customers’ needs are met
• Respond to a variety of emergency and non-emergency service requests including fire & water damage mitigation, mold remediation, HVAC ductwork cleaning, board up / temporary repairs
• Perform restoration production processes as scheduled (demolition, cleaning, content manipulation, etc.) and ensure quality control, this is a labor-intensive position
• Thoroughly document the job process, from start to finish, in real-time using the latest technology
• Maintain a clean job site and company vehicle
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must possess a clean driving record
• Must be able to respond to losses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during a rotating on-call shift schedule
• Ability to sit / stand / walk for long periods of time; repetitively push / pull / carry objects; lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 occasionally with assistance;

climb ladders, work at ceiling heights or in tight spaces
