It requires a strategic minded person with the ability to demonstrate discernment when it comes to manufacturing best practices, employee management, quality assurance, HR guidelines, scheduling decisions and manufacturing flow.
A manufacturing acumen, knowledge of proper welding techniques and managerial experience are essential requirements for the job.
Our company is looking for a candidate who will learn our build process, develop a comprehensive understanding of the inventory parts and labor required to maintain production flow, and curate manufacturing strategies based on the knowledge gained.
The selected candidate will be responsible for : -Developing and maintaining production schedules and assembly team daily tasks -Guiding team members through assembly questions in regards to best practices and sequences -Performing hands on quality control inspections -Collaborating with team members to ensure accounting, customer service and production goals are all met -Working with inventory to maintain a flow of parts -Discussing general HR topics with team members -Assisting with the creation and update of process documentation -Practicing discernment with regards to production issues and troubleshooting Salary Range : $75k-$100k / yr For immediate and confidential consideration, please email your resume to gbrandon@
