Must Haves :

SUMMARY :
The Sr. HR Partner will be accountable forhaving a deep understanding of business priorities and proactivelyenacting people strategies to achieve them.
In close partnershipwith People Operations and the COEs this position will partner withleadership (Directors and above) on providing strategic influenceand vision to their assigned business unit(s) and creating a safeenvironment for our team.
Leveraging evidencebased insights and ourEmployee Value Proposition this position will focus on theretention and development of our team members while also drivingbusiness results.
The ideal candidate can balance competingpriorities problemsolve and work with a diverse body ofstakeholders across a company.
Responsibilities Include :
Provide input and implement HRstrategy to drive the organizations vision over 12 yearhorizon
Develop and implement plans and programs toensure the most effective utilization of HR
Influenceteam member behavior to promote key safety and HRprinciples
Identify and correct risk generating patternsin EEO and AA using available resources
Champion EIDinitiatives
Build team member networks that promotefeedback to be used in corrective scenarios where adverse businessconditions exist
Effectively identify patterns ofbehavior which may lead to team member dissatisfaction and focus onstrategy to eliminate
Provide coaching to supportleadership (Director SVPs) development and decision making to driveperformance productivity
Partner closely with COE andPeople Operations on the design of onboarding and orientationexperience for new team members
Work with leaders todetermine workforce shaping strategy with a focus on the longtermfuture and partner with COEs and People Operations for planning andexecution
Management of grievances and partner closelywith Labor Relations COE to identify and communicate potentialviolations of contract / CBAs
Lead and oversee theevaluation of talent and the development
Collaborateswith Workforce Analytics to ensure the people strategy and approachis driven by deep analytics and insights
Monitor successof program and policies against ROI targets and adjust as teammember experience and business requirements dictate
Collaborate with HR COEs to design and implement programs that areinnovative and keep the workforce ready for the future whilesuccessfully addressing business needs
Support EVP andtalent enablement process improvements by consolidating andprioritizing opportunities and providing input to potentialsolutions
Drive process excellence and worker engagementby analyzing industry trends insights and technologies
Drive innovation and engage peers across HR to explore ways tosustain and enhance the organizations capability in thefuture
