Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Operations / Customer Service Representative.

This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in logistics, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

While experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
  • Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure smooth transportation processes and address any inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and resolve logistical problems.
  • Monitor shipment statuses and update stakeholders on delivery timelines.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases related to shipments and logistics activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with international shipping standards.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or related field is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Proficiency in Google Platform and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing responsibilities.
  • Experience in customer service or logistics is preferred but not required.
