KeyResponsibilities :
- Respond to CustomerInquiries : Handle incoming customer calls emails andchats in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve Customer Complaints : Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints efficientlyensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process Orders and Returns : Assist customers with order placement tracking and processingreturns or exchanges.
- MaintainRecords : Accurately document customer interactionsand transactions ensuring data is entered into the systempromptly.
- Collaborate with TeamMembers : Work closely with other team members anddepartments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customerexperience.
- StayInformed : Keep uptodate with company productsservices policies and procedures to provide accurate information tocustomers.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; collegedegree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Strong problemsolvingabilities.
- Proficiency in using customerservice software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage timeeffectively.
- Empathy and patience when dealingwith customers.
