ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Fall Intern - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ashley Nicholson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.

This internship opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced insurance agency environment. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to :

1. RECEPTION

• Greet customes and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the approriate team member
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

2. DOCUMENT SUBMISSION

• Assist customers with the copletion of necessary forms and documents
• Ensure all documents are accurately completed and submitted tothe appropriate departments
• Maintain organized electronic filing systemts for easy retrieval of documents

3. TEXT & EMAIL COMMUNICATION

• Utilize text & email platforms to communicate with clients regarding important updates, reminder and follow-ups.
• Respond Promptly and courteously to client inruqiries and requests via email and text

4. PAYMENT PROCESSING

• Process insurance premium payments accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with payment related inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
