Our client, a well-established clinic that specializes in Regenerative Medicine, is hiring a Patient Advocate / Sales Representative to support their front office! This is a contract to hire position that offers monthly bonus incentives ranging from $500-$1500 based on new patient generation and allows you to work for a company where patients travel from all across the globe to receive their state-of-the-art procedures!

Position : Patient Advocate / Sales Representative
Pay Rate : $21 - $24 / hr depending on experience
Hours : Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm (8-hour shifts between this time frame)
Day to Day :
- First point of contact for potential new patients
- Answer questions and educate potential patients on Company's state-of-the-art stem cell procedures (process and costs)
- Multitask while tackling several tasks and follow ups to completion
- Maintain CRM system with great detail and accuracy; data integrity is vital
- Manage and meet sales objectives and quantitative goals
- Schedule prospects for visits / procedures
- Collaborate with cell center staff and clinic staff as needed
Requirements :
- 3+ years experience in HC OR
- 3+ years sales experience OR
- Combination of sales and HC experience
- Call center of HC call center experience is VERY helpful
- Ability to learn new medical terminology and explain medical procedures to patients and other associates
- MA, CNA, or PTA degree preferred
- Medical sales experience preferred
