Job Title
To assist the Store Management in ensuring and maintaining Genuine Customer Care, accountable for the operation of the store insuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandising, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs and shrinkage.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Assist in managing total store operating
- Assure front end is providing customers with quick friendly service
- Perishable department kept full and ready for business
- Frozen / Dairy - ad items, display and milk case full at evening
- Grocery displays - ads and red dots full
- Backroom - neat and up to best practices standards
- Assist in handling all associate issues
- Assist in handling customer issues
- Follows all store and department policies and procedures
- Enforces safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
