The Director of Creative Services is responsible for leading the creative strategy, development, and execution of all marketing initiatives across Affordable Care’s network.
This role will manage an internal creative team and external agency partners to ensure cohesive, innovative, and effective brand messaging across digital and print channels and in-practice.
The Director will be the primary creative driver in building and evolving the Affordable Dentures & Implants brand while supporting lead generation and patient acquisition efforts through compelling and relevant messaging and creative assets that support our media strategy.

Responsibilities
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Oversee the development of creative concepts and campaigns that align with our brand strategy and business goals.
- Lead and manage the in-house creative team, ensuring high-quality, on-brand execution of all deliverables, including digital content, print materials, in-practice signage, video, and advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to align creative initiatives with overall business strategy and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and print production vendors, providing clear creative direction and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Drive the creative process from concept to completion, balancing innovation with practicality and ensuring all creative work aligns with patient acquisition and engagement goals.
- Develop and maintain the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Ensure creative deliverables support lead generation efforts across digital and offline channels, driving patient traffic to dental surgery centers.
- Lead brainstorming and creative sessions to generate fresh, innovative ideas that resonate with our target audience.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for the creative team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually push the creative boundaries and enhance team performance.
Qualifications
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :
- Experience : 8+ years in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing environment, with experience managing a creative team.
- Creative Expertise : Strong background in design, branding, content development, and digital marketing, with a deep understanding of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically while ensuring day-to-day creative work aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team, with strong mentorship skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas and strategies to senior leadership.
- Project Management : Strong organizational and project management skills to balance multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Problem Solving : Ability to solve practical problems and manage a variety of concrete variables in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Digital Fluency : Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), digital marketing tools, and content management systems (CMS).
- Education : Four-year bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
