RochesterCenter for Rehabilitation and Nursing is activelyseeking a motivated and experienced RegisteredNurse (RN) Supervisor to work 11 PM 7 AM as well as DayShift every other Weekend for our Skilled Nursing Facility locatedin Rochester NY.
The ideal candidate will have prior Longterm Careexperience and excellent communication skills!

Duties :
- Handle all supervisory duties for assignedunit
- Help establish and implement employeepolicies and procedures
- Mentor lessexperienced nurses offering clinical & career advice
- Maintain the standards of care for the unit
- Review of Resident records & quality ofcare
- Monitor overall care & reviewindividual Residents cases
- Address questionsor complaints brought forward by Residents or theirfamilies
- Represent the units interests withupperlevel management
Requirements :
- Must hold valid NYS RN License
- 2years Long Term Care Experience preferred
- 1year Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Excellent positive attitude to act as the leader of agroup
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills
