Recruiting Manager
Location : MARION COUNTY, FL
Pay rate / benefits : $60-$65K starting salary with quarterly bonus potential, full health care benefits, 401K with company match, auto allowance, laptop & cell phone

As a staffing service provider, you will interact with clients, candidates, and vendors, and represent our brand and values.
Ideal candidate will be established in the local community and have desire and experience to manage a local office and grow into an Area Manager role.
- You must be willing to work in physical office.
- You must be willing to travel periodically within the county as needed, specifically to job fairs and client locations in the county area.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Source and vet candidates thoroughly for large local client & future positions and clients
- Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
- Plan and provide support for job fairs and other recruiting events
- Plan and execute outreach to colleges & local high schools
- Plan and execute outreach to community partners and leaders
- Plan and execute outreach to community-driven organizations
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Previous Recruiting / Staffing experience
- Must possess excellent oral / written communication, presentation, interviewing, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with candidates at all levels
- Must be a "people-person" who can build successful relationships with potential candidates at events.
- Motivated and driven attitude, high energy, enthusiastic individual with an outgoing personality.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proven drive to succeed in embracing challenges, change, and growth
- Loyal, committed, confident, and proactive, with a consistent professional appearance
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
- OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE :
- Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.
- Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
- Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.
- Register for recruitment conferences and job fairs, prepare materials, and coordinate details.
- Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e. college job fairs, community events, hiring events, etc.)
- Generate new candidates using resources from within communities.
- Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, job fairs, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.
- Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
- Screen / Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
- Schedule candidate interviews with Recruiters and Hiring Managers
- Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.
- Schedule or administer skill, intelligence, psychological, or drug tests for current or prospective employees.
- Regularly conduct online searches of job boards to locate qualified candidates for current and potential openings.
