Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Team Lead at brandor™ in Hanover, MD. The Inside Sales Team Lead will be responsible for inside sales and customer service, serving our valued clients along with our team of account managers.
The role include both working as an inside salesperson as well as leadership of the other inside sales team members on a day-to-day basis.

Typical Responsibilities Include :
- Leadership, Management, and Accountability of Inside Sales Team
- Frontline customer service & support
- Project management
- Attending Client meetings and taking notes / actions
- Client Communication along with Account Manager
- Program Setup / Maintenance Management
- Sales Operations tasks including :
- Decks (presentations)
- Quoting / typing proposals, Inventory Check
- Product sourcing
- Vendor negotiations
- Enter calls and meetings in SF (any entry into SF)
- Product brainstorming
- Support AM with EA tasks as required
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Experience in the Promotional Product Industry is required.
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
