Description
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Coordinator to assist in planning, organizing, and executing various corporate and social events.
This role will provide hands-on experience in event management, and you'll be an integral part of our team, helping to deliver memorable experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Coordination : Help manage relationships with vendors, including catering services, decorators, venues, and equipment suppliers.
- Administrative Tasks : Maintain event documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets. Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, updating databases, and responding to client inquiries.
- On-Site Event Support : Assist in the on-site execution of events by managing registrations, addressing attendee needs, and ensuring smooth event flow.
- Marketing & Promotion : Help in the development and execution of event marketing strategies, including the use of social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Post-Event Follow-Up : Assist in post-event evaluations, collecting feedback, and documenting lessons learned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of event planning and marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
