Cynosure is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator to be our driving force to reduce friction and increase online conversions through owning our online portfolio of Products.

The selected candidate will utilize there B2B and B2C product mechanizing experience to ensure our customers can find what they are looking for online with as little friction as possible.

This role will work in conjunction with Product Managers and a team of Product Marketing Managers in helping take their visions online.

This person is expected to demonstrate high performance practices and competencies as they meet and exceed the objectives for this role.

• Solve for ways to present our products online to drive and impact increased sales
• Manage Product Information Management
• Investigate to understand what product data from which products is necessary to sell them online
• Analyze what product data we are missing and initiate projects to acquire that data
• Own the eCommerce hierarchy that positions our products
• Gather and maintain a relational data base of related products and recommended products
• Monitor all product updates and additions with the eCommerce portfolio of offered products
• Curate what products can be sold where in the world
• Categorizes multi fit and exclusive product fitment relationships.
• Manage Search Facet library and associated product data utilized in internal Search
• Monitoring product flags to ensure positive customer experience in product assortment, availability, and alternates on a quarterly basis.

This includes identifying the products that should be removed from and added to the websites as the assortment evolves.

• Assist with product launches to ensure new products are called out and found by Users
• Ad hoc requests and projects as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Word)
• Experience working within SAP
• Inquisitive mindset that wants to get to the bottom of a problem, roadblock or issue
• Candidate must demonstrate ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and to work within tight deadlines and balance workload effectively
• Savvy in moving projects toward completion despite various viewpoints and obstacles. Ability to build relationships and team while demonstrating influence.
