We are seeking a Bilingual (English-Spanish) fun loving, energetic, responsible and reliable person to work in the Front Desk Position at one of the two offices we have.

Children’s Therapy Network Inc. (CTN) is a fast paced pediatric therapy center. The culture of CTN is one that is passionate about helping others in a respectful manner, teaching families to help their children reach their highest potential.

Our client services team is the face of Children’s Therapy Network and responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service.

The Front Desk / Office Assistant is usually the first point of contact and is responsible for presenting CTN in a professional and caring manner.

It is also the Front Desk person that is typically responsible for collecting any initial paperwork, explaining policies, procedures and collecting any fees for services at time of service.

Through a collaborative effort with other healthcare providers, our team members promote improved function of our clients through therapeutic interventions and education to patients, families, and caregivers on ways to support the clients that we serve.

Our mission is our passion.These Part-Time Front Desk Positions are for One (1) AM Front Desk position and One (1) PM Front Desk Positions in the Newbury Park location.

You will be expected to work in our Ventura location on occasion.Qualifications and Education Requirements :

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service or related work experience
  • Bilingual Spanish-English skills required
  • Ability to positively and proactively handle patient concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
  • Friendly, outgoing and motivated personality
  • Able to stay organizedJob Responsibilities
  • Checking in customers for their appointments
  • Prepping / Closing Down the office for the day
  • Processing co-payments if applicable
  • Presentation and reviewing orientation paperwork with customer
  • Checking therapist schedules for changes
  • Calling customers to reschedule cancellations
  • Calling / texting customers to confirm appointments
  • Assisting the administrative team if needed
