Probate Litigation Legal Assistant

Our client is a distinguished law firm with a robust trust and probate litigation practice, known for providing top-tier legal services.

The firm is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Probate Litigation Legal Assistant to join their Dallas team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to support high-level litigation work in a collaborative and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist attorneys in managing a caseload of trust and probate litigation matters.
Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery.
Maintain case files and ensure that documents are organized and readily accessible.
Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
Communicate with clients and provide updates on case status as needed.
Conduct legal research and compile findings for attorney review.
Collaborate with the litigation team to support trial preparation and strategy.

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in trust and probate litigation .
Must reside or be willing to relocate to Dallas, Texas area
Strong understanding of probate procedures, deadlines, and court filings.
Proficiency in legal document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with high attention to detail.
