Responsibilities

As a Fleet Manager , you are responsible for vehicle maintenance processes, vendor management, and asset management of corresponding regions.

Position will be based onsite in Lewisville, TX. In addition there will be frequent travel to our regional Texas and Arizona sites as well as occasional travel to our Arkansas and Mississippi regional sites.

Annual Salary : $65,000-$75,000 depending on experience

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Give direction, guidance, and support to Fleet Coordinators, both local and remote
• Work with senior leadership to develop and control the Fleet Department’s annual expense and capital budgets
• Create and implement new processes, procedures, and reporting to verify fleet is maintained according to company safety standards
• Develop your team’s skillset and knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management

Qualifications

• You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
• You are looking for long term projects
• You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
• You have at least 5 years of progressively challenging fleet management in a construction environment
• You embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software
