Graspa Group is hiring a PT Accountant / Bookkeeper (25 / 30 hours) to join our financial department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Verifies and reconciles financial transactions
- Develops reports and reconciles data
- Compiles reports to show statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivables, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business
- Prepares bank deposits, checks and reconciles bank statements as needed
- Data entry
- Assists Accounting manager and CEO with special projects as necessary
- Experience with different accounting software
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
Required Education and Experience :
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college. Minimum two years accounting experience. Experience working with financial statements and / or bookkeeping preferred.
Advanced level Excel skills required.
R365 knowledge a plus.
