Head Swim Team Coach Salary : $43,888 - $50,000
Head Swim Team Coach Hours : Flexible based on practice and meet times (Full Time)
Head Swim Team Coach Responsibilities :
- Oversee and develop age group swim teams while supporting the Association Director of Competitive Aquatics
- Coaches all levels and age groups of the competitive aquatics teams
- Design and implement practices and workout schedules
- Maintain communication with athletes and families
- Provide on and off deck leadership and enthusiasm to team members
Head Swim Team Coach Qualifications :
- 1+ years experience coaching competitive swimming
- Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
- YMCA USA Coaching Certification (training provided)
- Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development, Physical Education, Sports Management, Psychology, or related fields preferred
- 1+ years experience teaching swim lessons preferred
- 1+ years experience managing staff preferred
