Qualifications The Collector / Biller is responsible for the effective and creative use of proven follow-up techniques, and self-directed initiative, to contact patients and third-party payers to collect payments and resolve outstanding account balances.
The Collector / Biller manages several tasks related to patient accounts for hospital and clinical facilities. Due to the nature of the job, the Biller / Collector have to interact with and manage patients on a regular basis.
Requirements The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment is critical. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred but not required.
