Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships and / or business development.
- 5+ years of experience in group managerial roles driving success through a high-performing team.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically about business expansion at global scale.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in establishing 0 to1 partner channels for SaaS applications.
- Ability to develop, review and negotiate complex contracts and familiarity with standard deal structures.
- Familiarity with Martech and Ecommerce ecosystem and players
- Global operating experience with ability to regionalize operating models for maximum impact.
Responsibilities
- Shape global partner business development strategy, identify new opportunities for growth for both Intuit Mailchimp and Partner(s), build new capabilities, and deliver business and revenue outcomes.
- Build and manage a high performing Partner BD team which will be responsible for executing BD strategy including end-to-end partner engagement and success.
- Successfully negotiate lighthouse partner agreements for new BD initiatives including technical and business negotiations, and risk management in partnership with our finance and legal teams.
- Own, build, and scale the Partner BD playbook, and operating model globally, collaborating with our regional teams, in preparation for scaling newly established routes to market.
- Develop and maintain executive relationships across partner community. Serve as the first point of executive escalation to address partner concerns and misalignments.
- Work cross-functionally across the entire Intuit organization to garner support for your mission, ensuring overall customer and partner success.
- Working closely with cross-functional business partners, develop training, skills development, and performance programs to create a high-performance culture within the team.
- Analyze and drive performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to deliver deeper engagement and faster partner-led revenue growth.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $193,500 - $261,500, Bay Area California $195,000 - 264,000.
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .
