Job Description

As a B2B Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our client’s business. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting to generate interest in their AI-driven property scoring platform and set meetings for their Enterprise Sales Account Executives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a fast-growing tech company and advance their career in sales.

In this role, you will leverage various channels such as phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social platforms to identify and engage potential clients.

Your ability to understand and articulate the value of their platform will be essential in qualifying leads and converting them into meetings.

You will work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and uncover new opportunities, ensuring a cohesive approach to market outreach.

Attending industry events and conferences to network with potential clients will also be a key part of your role.

Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings set and pipeline generated.

As part of the sales team, you will provide regular feedback to help refine our client’s offerings and sales approach, contributing to the continuous improvement of their product and market strategy.

Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest in the client’s AI-driven property scoring platform.

Qualify inbound leads and convert them into meetings for the Enterprise Sales team, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client’s product, market, and customer needs, staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Utilize CRM software to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging, identify new opportunities, and develop targeted campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients, representing the platform and building strong relationships.

Provide regular feedback to the sales and product teams to help refine our offerings and sales approach, contributing to the continuous improvement of our product and market strategy.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings set and pipeline generated, demonstrating a strong commitment to driving business growth.

Conduct thorough research on prospects to personalize outreach and improve the effectiveness of engagement strategies.

Participate in regular training and development sessions to continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Work closely with Enterprise Sales Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support the sales cycle as needed.

Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and progress using CRM and sales engagement tools.

Education / Professional Experience

2-3+ years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.

Proven track record of success in outbound prospecting and lead generation, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools, with a strong understanding of best practices for sales process management.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
