Job Title : System Support Specialist
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled System Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to financial advisors, helping them effectively utilize our system for writing financial accounts.
In depth knowledge of the functionality of the system and a customer-centric approach will be crucial in resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Take phone calls and emails from financial advisors in a timely manner.
Utilize internal job aids and videos to assist financial advisors on the use of the system.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with teammates on more complex user experience challenges.
Assist in the creation of user guides, FAQs, and other support materials if necessary.
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience with learning and giving advice on a particular software system.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
