Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished leader with 5+ years of experience in successfully managing an enterprise SaaS business, overseeing approximately 300 consultants and project managers, and driving significant annual recurring revenue.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of skills, knowledge, and experience that enables them to quickly navigate various business and client scenarios in a dynamic environment.
They should have a strong executive presence, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives at Paylocity and within Client organizations.
Additionally, the candidate should have hands-on experience leading project managers and implementation consultants, a deep understanding of the entire customer journey, and a proven track record of abilities working alongside partners across the business to execute strategic operations.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and achieve successful financial forecasts for the enterprise segment. Manage no-starts and delays that may impact the financial forecast;
take proactive measures to pull opportunities forward to maintain forecast accuracy.
- Support client-facing calls and escalations as needed to assist the team executing on launches, serving as a project sponsor.
- Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional communications, identify process improvement opportunities, and build and refine launch processes, tools, and systems.
- Create or enhance metrics and reporting scorecards to improve operational visibility and outcomes. Responsible for data analysis and driving development priorities using a data focused approach.
- Build and maintain successful partnerships across the enterprise sales and services organizations.
- Actively participate in the business, measure performance, and consistently deliver on commitments.
- Foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and ownership within the team. Responsible for personnel staffing, morale, measurement, coaching, and employee development.
- Collaborate with peer Sr. Directors, Directors, and Managers to streamline processes, reduce complexity, and implement scalable, repeatable practices.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, including headcount planning, productivity goals, and expenditures. Ensure expenses align with the established budget and plan.
- Conduct project reviews on key client implementations to ensure success and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute a plan to grow and develop the employee base.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of senior leadership experience, 5+ years of experience within an Enterprise SaaS organization.
- Demonstrated success leading through periods of significant growth.
- Experience driving cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding and experience with the implementation project life cycle.
- Proven ability to develop, coach, and mentor team members.
- Strong collaborative, negotiation, influence, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Other Requirements
- Ability to travel as needed, up to 50%.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $162,000 - $231,000yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
