ABOUT THIS HR ROLE :
As our Human Resources Generalist, your day will be filled with impactful responsibilities that shape the employee experience at Crystal Springs.
You'll begin by conducting new employee orientations, setting the tone for a welcoming atmosphere as you guide them through their first steps in our organization.
As you foster positive employee relations, you'll provide counseling and support, assisting employees with their needs while also managing exit interviews to glean valuable insights.
Your role will also involve collaborating with management on performance management initiatives, ensuring that every team member is engaged and thriving in their role.
You will maintain compliance with EEO regulations and employment laws, developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures that not only meet but exceed standards.
Your analytical skills will shine as you maintain human resource information system records, compile reports, and participate in administrative meetings to evaluate departmental progress toward established goals.
By recommending new approaches and processes, you will be at the forefront of continual improvements, driving our HR initiatives toward greater efficiency and effectiveness.
HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a relative field
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws and regulations
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Having a PHR or a SHRM-CP certification is preferred. 5+ years of relative experience is desired. Being proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and EE Navigator is also a plus!
