As an Enterprise Training Manager within the Production Crew, you play a key role as a partner to aligned Enterprise Training leadership and your team.

You will be responsible for building successful relationships between the Training Strategist, yourself and the designers on your team to develop eLearning solutions for a variety of audiences within the CVS Health business units.

You will also focus on supporting your team in designing and developing top quality eLearning experiences in support of performance and business goals.

Working with, and providing consultation to, your team, business partners and design partners within the Enterprise Training team is critical to the success of this role.

This includes ensuring that deadlines, business needs, performance needs, and budgets are all met.

This role will report into one of our Corporate offices and you must work in the office 3 days a week : Woonsocket, Smithfield, or Cumberland RI, Hartford CT.

Job Responsibilities :

Conducts needs assessments, analyzes performance gaps, and aligns Learning Design initiatives with organizational goals.

Assigns work based on colleague capacity using the Nova application in Quickbase.

Helps establish and implement the instructional design process to create learning solutions aligned with adult learning principles and best practices.

Assists in the management of learning content, which may include e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, simulations, and other multimedia assets.

Designs instructional strategies, learning materials, and activities, and incorporates interactive elements to enhance learner engagement.

Collaborates with learning technology teams to leverage learning management systems (LMS) or other digital platforms for delivering and managing learning content.

Engages stakeholders throughout the design process to gain buy-in and align learning initiatives with organizational needs.

Facilitates team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to develop departmental capabilities and ensure the delivery of exceptional services.

Establishes departmental objectives and analytical priorities that guide team members and ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables.

Simultaneously manages multiple, complex projects.

Work with Subject Matter Experts, stakeholders, and team members to fill performance and development gaps using adult learning methodologies and training techniques.

Works in partnership as appropriate with external vendors to deliver state-of-the-art, technology-based training tools and programs that meet the needs of multiple, diverse audiences and integrate effectively into CVS Health’s architecture.

Coordinates the training plan to include managing project budget, project plan, and working with business and Enterprise Training partners as needed to ensure project goals and quality standards are met.

Uses authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline 360, to create eLearning courses.

Required Qualifications

Strong communication and presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to influence and coach at all levels of leadership

5+ years’ experience in a corporate training or related function

Experience in application of performance-based instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, performance consulting and educational media

Education or experience in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and / or performance consulting with a focus on eLearning technologies and techniques

Preferred Qualifications

5-7 years’ work experience

3-5 year’s using eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline 360

3-5 years translating raw content into storyboard format

Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

Adept at collaboration and teamwork

Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$63,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
