As a Controller within our prestigious clientele spanning diverse industries, you will play a pivotal role in financial management and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation.
  • Conduct financial analysis to understand the company’s financial position and make recommendations.
  • Manage the financial closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by researching existing and new legislation.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
  • Provide leadership and direction to finance and accounting teams.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
  • Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial principles.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
