PositionOverview :
We are seeking anexperienced and detailoriented Corporate Controller to lead ouraccounting department. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in financial management exceptional analytical skillsand a proven track record in corporate accounting.
This roleinvolves overseeing all aspects of the companys financial processesensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards andproviding strategic financial guidance to seniormanagement.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the companysfinancial processes including accounting budgeting forecasting andfinancial reporting.
- Ensure compliance withGAAP IFRS and other regulatoryrequirements.
- Develop and implement financialpolicies procedures and controls to maintain the integrity offinancial data.
- Prepare and present accurateand timely financial statements to senior management andstakeholders.
- Manage the monthend and yearendclose processes.
- Lead the preparation ofbudgets and financial forecasts and reportvariances.
- Coordinate and oversee internal andexternal audits.
- Provide strategic financialanalysis and recommendations to support business decisions andgrowth initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor theaccounting team fostering a collaborative and highperformanceenvironment.
- Manage cash flow treasury andfinancial risk management activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or arelated field (Masters degree or CPApreferred).
- CPA certified ispreferred.
- Proven experience as a CorporateController or in a similar senior accountingrole.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP IFRS andregulatory compliance.
- Previous experience inthe AG Manufacturing and Distribution field is aplus.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MSOffice particularly Excel.
- Exceptionalanalytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Strongleadership abilities with a track record of managing and developingteams.
- High level of integrity and attention todetail.
