What You Will be Doing :
The primary purpose of this position is to work within a contact center environment, to effectively recover debt owed to the State of Oregon Employment Department, as a result of improperly paid unemployment insurance benefits or delinquent unemployment insurance taxes.
The recovery of these debts is done to maintain the integrity of the unemployment trust fund and to ensure compliance with the laws, and rules pertaining to the unemployment insurance program.

What We Are Looking For (Desired Attributes) :
- Recent customer service experience within the past three years.
- Recent call center experience within the past five years.
- Experience prioritizing work and meeting established performance expectations.
- Experience in reading, writing, and explaining complex information.
- Current OED / Office related experience.
- Experience Computer Input / Retrieve Information, Generate Data / Data Reports.
- Experience explaining complex information.
- Commitment to valuing diversity and promoting inclusion.
Required Minimum Qualifications :
Two years of experience in customer service. One year of which must have included explanation of rules, regulations, and policies and responsibility for dealing with unique or unusual situations.
