Our client, a growing plaintiffs' law firm specializing in personal injury, is seeking a passionate Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Bay Harbor, Miami, FL .
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated associate-level lawyer with litigation experience in personal injury law.
Ideal candidate could come from insurance defense or plaintiff side! Key skill desired is handling client files and taking action in court, with a passion for justice for the client.
The position is on-site and offers a competitive salary in the range of up to $100,000 per year with performance-based incentive bonuses that can be quite lucrative.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle personal injury cases from intake through resolution independently
- Manage a diverse caseload, including auto accidents, premises liability, and other personal injury matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Conduct depositions and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
Key Skill Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience as a personal injury litigator
- Capability to handle numerous cases independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent courtroom presence and litigation skills
- In-depth understanding of the personal injury legal process and relevant laws, with strong research and legal writing ability
Preferred Skills :
- High-volume personal injury caseload
- Trial experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
