We understand that just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing demands JIT staffing. Our clients know they can lean on us to get 20 to 200 Onin teammates with a 2- to 8-hour notice.
On the other hand, when skill set and longevity are the priority, we customize our recruiting and screening process to ensure our partnering clients have the employee edge with teammates they can hire directly after the contract term.
Our nimble company structure, our status as an employer of choice and our innovative mindset ensure we can develop and execute a staffing program which addresses our customer’s specific needs and provide a variety of long-term and short-term employment opportunities for our teammates.
