Location : West Chester, PA - On site
Working Conditions

- Travel as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Key responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with agents and carrier partners, preparing underwriting files, and assisting in billing and policy issuance.
- Focus : P&C Program Business
- Meet established premium / revenue production goals
- Partner / support with Program Underwriters and Underwriting Vice President to enhance underwriting skills and review New Business and Renewals.
- Work in a team environment to drive profitability of the territory and book of business
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Pennsylvania (or domiciled state) Property & Casualty License Required
- 0-3 years all lines P&C underwriting experience
- Commitment to program of Insurance Education.
- Familiarity with automated systems (Preferably Net Rate or CRM).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
