JOBDESCRIPTION :
TheProduct Development Associate is a deadline driven position thatrequires critical thinking and basic knowledge of event planningfood and beverage logistics and entertainment and design.
Thisposition requires attention to detail organization precise oral andwritten communication multitasking meeting deadlines cooperationteamwork creativity ability to work independently as well ascollaboratively with coworkers a polished demeanor andresourcefulness.
Position requires the ability to design and createDMC experiences and proposalwriting.
WORKHOURS :
Thisis an hourly position Monday through Friday with a minimumrequirement of 40 hours a week. Based on client requests andprojects some nights and weekends may berequired.
EXPERIENCE : 1 yearminimum
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS :
- DMC knowledge
- Creative writingskills
- Intermediateexperience with Microsoft Officeapplications
- Abil i ty to managemultiple projects
- Strong organization and time managementskills
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage assigned projects from proposal designthrough program contracting
- Develop and maintain strong supplierrelationships
- Attendsupplier site inspections
- Research supplier availability and managenegotiations to ensure optimal cost advantage throughout programcontracting
- Createnew and innovative DMCexperiences
COMPENSATION :
Thisis an hourly position. The company provides laptop mileagereimbursement technology reimbursement health benefits and a 401Kprogram.
