Responsibilities

• Operate Machinery : Skillfully operate various production line equipment such as tabletop continuous band sealers, incline screw conveyors, auger fillers, capsule filling machines, and more to ensure seamless production operations.
• Quality Control : Monitor the production process, conduct essential testing, and adhere to stringent quality checks to uphold company standards and GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Maintenance Reporting : Identify and promptly report equipment faults to maintenance staff to minimize downtime and sustain optimal productivity levels.
• Safety Compliance : Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of and compliance with OSHA warehouse regulations, fostering a safe working environment for oneself and team members.
• Measure, weigh, and accurately feed batches of raw materials into processing machinery.
• Assemble goods on the production line and complete product finishing tasks for shipment.
• Properly storing goods and raw materials in designated warehouse areas.
• Maintain cleanliness standards by regularly cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, and shared spaces.

Qualifications

• Communication Skills : Proficient in effectively communicating verbal instructions and comprehending written procedures to execute tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Physical Capability : Possess the ability to lift 50lbs or more throughout shift, crucial for handling raw materials and finished products in a fast-paced production setting.
• Adherence to Standards : Exhibit a strong commitment to adhering to company standards, GMPs, and sanitation protocols to ensure product integrity and maintain high safety standards.
• Forklift Operation : Demonstrate proficiency in operating lifting equipment and forklift trucks for streamlined material handling and warehouse logistics.

$15.50 - $16.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Multiple Shifts Available :

1st Shift 6 : 00am 2 : 00pm

2nd Shift 2 : 00pm 10 : 00pm
